One of the main objective of TER is to create a network that connects not only scholars form all over the world but also public regulators and regulated firms in order to establish a forum for the exchange of the ideas and for the confrontation.
The final result is to allow the independent collaboration of many and unlinked scholars. The condition of such collaboration is the setting of a common framework.
